1 Corinthians 13:7
Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
True growth comes from our ability to love, our spiritual maturity. Spiritual maturity is not about age, but your sheer ability to be open, to forgive, to love all those who did good by you and all those who have done you wrong equally.
Paul reminds us that without love, the greatest things are meaningless. As you grow in spiritual maturity, you will learn that love is a choice – to be kind, to be of tender heart.
As you go through your day, ask yourself where your spiritual maturity lies. Do you feel yourself harboring resentment? Learn to forgive, learn to let go, learn to spread love.
Have you ever experienced a time when love helped you endure a hardship? How did that shape you?
