Nourishment
Where in my life am I simply collecting spiritual information instead of being truly nourished by it?
Sirach 15:1–6
“She will feed him with the bread of learning, and give him the water of wisdom to drink”
¨He that feareth God, will do good: and he that possesseth justice, shall lay hold on her¨
Wisdom feeds and shelters those who are seeking her. She isn’t found by accident, but by those already moving toward goodness and justice. Wisdom meets you in the process of living as fully present as possible. She doesn’t simply give information; she fills you with it. You’re not just gathering knowledge about faith—you’re being nourished and satisfied by it.
Many of us read a lot of Scripture, sit through sermons, and collect knowledge. But true wisdom is evident when its lessons begin to shape how you live and show up in every moment. Ask yourself: Which spiritual practices aren’t just informing me, but truly feeding me right now? Not what you think you should be doing, but what is actually working. Explore which practices are drawing you closer to God—and which are pulling you further away.
