A Place at the Table
Revelation 19:9
“Blessed are those who are invited to the marriage supper of the Lamb.”
Everyone wishes to belong somewhere. We search fervently for places where we are welcomed without the burden of having to prove ourselves.
Here, Revelation offers a beautiful image of God’s kingdom, where all people are invited not because of their worthiness, but because of God’s grace. This invitation shapes our lives.
Because we have been welcomed by Christ, we can also become those who make room for others. Look around you— is there someone who is facing the world alone, who feels overlooked, or is carrying a burden far too heavy?
Extend yourself as the Lord does for you. Open your heart to them, because God’s love can often be experienced first through extraordinary acts of kindness.
How could I extend God’s gracious welcome to others today?
