Psalm 118: 22
The stone that the builders rejected has become the chief cornerstone.
This verse is so familiar, I passed over it the first several times I read it in this passage. We all have heard this before (hint: it’s Jesus).
But we’re all a part of the kin-dom of God. It’s not JUST about Jesus. It’s about you, too.
What are the “stones,” or parts, of you that have been rejected?
Rejection is actually a pretty good indicator of those things which undermine power and oppression.
Those are the parts that build the Kin-dom of God.
What wisdom is found in the rejected part of you?
How do you build the Kin-dom of God, right here, right now, with others?
