5.22.23 - Acts 3:17
The effects of even the smallest change can ripple outwards. What's the public forgiveness you need to ask for or offer today?
And now, siblings, I know that you acted in ignorance, as did also your rulers.
I remember the first months of 2020 so well. While I heard news of a new pandemic, I decided to travel to Georgia and Texas, hung out with friends who came from out of town and told many people “oh, please, more people die from the flu.”
I was irresponsible and acted out of ignorance. It took a lot of time and reflection to realize that I acted wrong.
First, I had to be humble and acknowledge my ignorance. I had to come to terms with the fact that I don’t know more than doctors or epidemiologists.
Then, I had to acknowledge my irresponsibility and be public about it; otherwise, it wouldn’t lead to true accountability.
And lastly, I had to ask for forgiveness and change my behavior. Forgiveness without change is meaningless.
Now if I can only apply this to all areas of my life…
We're often looking for that one step toward a change in behavior at ReFrame. That's all, one step.
Today, what's the one step toward change you want to make public today?

Reframe is built around the idea that our habits can change, and in turn change us.
One of the hardest yet most effective ways to shape a new habit is to share it with someone.
