If we read this passage implying the “servant of God” is the collective we, then there is nothing to fear: justice is not up to me individually.
I can rest when I need, and I can trust that others will pick up the work. I may grow faint or be crushed, but I can feel safe knowing that the servant of God, the collective we, has my back.
Who can you ask to step up so that you might have a moment to rest today? How would you go about asking them?
